海博论坛副教授、博士生导师,德国洪堡学者,国家级青年人才计划获得者,上海市浦江学者。长期从事难变形金属及金属基复合材料塑性变形行为力学表征与本构建模、力学超材料多尺度智能设计等研究。近五年在International Journal of Plasticity、Journal of Materials Science & Technology等国际重要学术期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,被引近1500次。曾获AWMFT&APSTP青年科学家奖、中国汽车工程学会科技进步二等奖、NUMISHEET国际会议塑性成形模拟考题铜牌以及轻量化应用技术创新成果大赛二等奖等奖项。在ICTP、ICPDF及全国塑性工程学术年会等重要国际国内学术会议和知名研究机构作学术报告20余次。担任Journal of Materials Science & Technology、Journal of Magnesium and Alloys、Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering、《塑性工程学报》等期刊青年编委,并担任Journal of Materials Science & Technology客座主编,获该期刊“优秀贡献奖”。与多所国际知名高校和研究机构建立了长期稳定的合作关系。在洪堡基金项目期间,与德国工程院院士A. Erman Tekkaya教授团队IUL开展研究,建立了良好的合作基础。同时,与韩国首尔国立大学的M.G Lee教授、日本京都大学的T. Hama教授、美国新罕布什尔大学的J. Ha教授等国际知名学者保持密切联系,支持研究生联合培养及短期访学。课题组科研经费充足,实行导师直接指导机制。每年招收硕士研究生、博士研究生、博士后及科研助理各1–2名。
